How To Keep Your Air Conditioner Running Smoothly
Change or check your filter regularly. We recommend checking monthly. A dirty air filter can restrict air flow and cause your unit to run excessively leading to higher electricity bills and overuse.
Keep your outdoor condensing unit clean and free of debris. You can use your garden hose to rinse the unit of dirt and leaves to allow proper air flow to the unit.
- Keep your thermostat set at a moderate level to avoid excessive running which can lead to higher electricity consumption and unit breakdown due to constant overuse.
- Have your unit regularly maintained and checked for proper system operation.
